A Darker Take on a Modern Travel Favorite
First introduced at Watches & Wonders 2025, the Club Sport neomatik Worldtimer quickly became one of the most noteworthy NOMOS releases in years. It blends the athletic spirit of the German brand’s Club family with a clever, practical worldtimer function. Now, for 2026, the Glashütte-based manufacturer has expanded the line with the Club Sport neomatik Worldtimer dark. This version is defined by a black enamel dial and extra luminous elements on both the city ring and the secondary time zone display.
Familiar Case and Proven Movement
Beneath the new dial, the watch is nearly identical to the debut 2025 models and the three “Night Navigation” variants that followed later that year. The polished stainless steel case measures 40mm across and 9.9mm thick, with a 20mm lug width and a 48mm lug-to-lug span. A domed sapphire crystal sits on top. Inside is the brand’s Caliber DUW 3203 automatic movement, which beats at 3Hz and delivers a 42-hour power reserve. Water resistance is rated at 100 meters. Buyers can choose between a display caseback (ref. 793) or a solid one (ref. 793.SB).
A Dial Built for Low Light
The dial is what sets this edition apart. Its black enamel surface carries warm off-white markings, vivid red touches, and a slender red-and-blue split ring that encircles the secondary time zone register. NOMOS has applied Super-LumiNova to the hands and hour markers, and it has also treated the rotating city ring and 24-hour scale. It is among the more understated colorways of this popular travel watch, yet the “dark” model delivers by far the most dramatic display after sundown.
Strap Options, Pricing, and Availability
The watch shows hours, minutes, and seconds alongside a secondary 24-hour time zone indicator and its worldtime complication. Wearers can pair it with a matching three-link stainless steel bracelet, a black Horween shell cordovan leather strap (remborde black), or a blue-black woven textile strap. The NOMOS Club Sport neomatik Worldtimer dark is not a limited edition. Pricing ranges from $5,140 to $5,760 USD depending on configuration.
