Orders may be canceled within 3 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered processing or fulfillment.
To request a cancellation, please email us at admin@spechtandsohne.com with your order number as soon as possible.
Please note:
- Cancellation* requests submitted after 3 hours are not guaranteed.
- If your order has already been processed or shipped, it will fall under our standard return policy.
- Refunds for approved cancellations are issued to the original payment method.
We reserve the right to decline cancellation requests that fall outside this timeframe.
* A 10% cancellation fee is applied to all canceled orders.
