TAG Heuer Celebrates Victory at Monaco Grand Prix with Three New Monaco Chronograph Models

Following its triumphant win at the F1 Monaco Grand Prix in partnership with Team Oracle Red Bull Racing, TAG Heuer is delighted to unveil three fresh editions of its iconic Monaco chronograph, each featuring captivating skeleton dials—an unprecedented addition to the Monaco collection. These extraordinary timepieces come in three distinct dial options: original blue, racing red, and turquoise, all housed within titanium cases.

The original blue dial pays homage to the inaugural 1969 TAG Heuer Monaco edition. Embracing a captivating blue and red color scheme, the watch showcases red hands and blue markers, subdials, and indexes, adorned with white lacquer and coated with blue Super-LumiNova for enhanced visibility. Creatively, the column wheel and rotor on the caseback side are accentuated with a touch of blue.

The racing red version pays tribute to the Monaco’s rich racing heritage, with the color red symbolizing the sparks ignited on the tracks. In this rendition, the column wheel and rotor on the rear side proudly display a vibrant red hue.

The turquoise timepiece offers an avant-garde interpretation of the Monaco design, featuring turquoise accents on the subdial outlines and indexes. This unique variant also draws inspiration from the Mediterranean waters off the coast of the Principality of Monaco. Similarly, the column wheel and rotor showcase a mesmerizing turquoise shade. The titanium case is elegantly coated in black DLC.

The hands and indexes are treated with Super-LumiNova, ensuring excellent legibility in various lighting conditions. Each timepiece is paired with a bi-material strap thoughtfully crafted from rubber and leather, available in either black or blue.

During the race weekend, TAG Heuer was honored to host numerous esteemed guests and VIPs, including brand ambassador Wi Ha Jun, tennis legend Maria Sharapova, actors Tom Holland and Louis Patridge, and model Sara Sampaio. Notable attendees also included French rapper Hatik and boxer Conor McGregor. Furthermore, the Oracle Red Bull drivers Max Verstappen, who achieved a remarkable first-place victory, Sergio Perez, and Daniel Ricciardo were present to celebrate the event.
