Guests at the event enjoyed an exclusive menu by Reuel Vincent, Executive Chef at ONE Dine, while taking in breathtaking views of the Empire State Building—home to Citizen’s U.S. headquarters.
Introducing the Premier Collections
Citizen Premier debuts with two collections: Series 8, a modern sports watch line with automatic movements, and Attesa, featuring Super Titanium Eco-Drive models with bold aesthetics. These timepieces offer sophisticated design, robust features, and advanced horology at an accessible price point.
Spotlight on the Citizen Series 8 NB6051-59L
Originally exclusive to the Japan Domestic Market, the Series 8 collection has gained global recognition for its refined, everyday luxury. The latest addition, the Ice Blue limited edition NB6051-59L, showcases a 1970s-inspired angular case, measuring 40mm in diameter and 11.6mm thick. Crafted from stainless steel, it features a sapphire crystal, 100m water resistance, and a recessed crown for durability.
A Striking Ice Blue Dial & Integrated Bracelet
The standout element is the Ice Blue dial, textured to mimic sunlight reflecting on water, embodying Japanese design sensibilities. Paired with bold hour markers and an H-shaped integrated bracelet with a brushed finish, it exudes modern elegance.
Inside the Timepiece: The Calibre 9051
Under the transparent case back, Citizen’s calibre 9051 powers the watch with a 4Hz automatic movement and a 42-hour power reserve. Offering accuracy between -10 to +20 seconds per day, it ensures reliable performance.
Limited to 1,800 pieces, the Citizen Series 8 831 Mechanical Ice Blue NB6051-59L launches in March 2025 for $1,095 USD.
