TAG Heuer expanded its Aquaracer Professional 200 line in 2023 with two new two-tone models, one in steel and rose gold, and the other in steel and yellow gold. These watches offer a more luxurious experience than the standard Aquaracer Professional 200 models, but without the showiness of the solid gold models.
The 40mm cases are angular but sporty, with a predominantly brushed finish. The sunray-brushed bezel inserts and matching crowns are made of 18k gold. The watches are water-resistant to 200m and have a screw-down crown.
The dials feature the Aquaracer layout introduced in 2020, with a subtle gradient and garage-door striping. The hands and indices are plated with the corresponding gold and feature generous applications of Super-LumiNova.
The watches are powered by the Caliber 5 Automatic movement, which is based on the Swiss Sellita SW200. It runs at 28,800 vph and has a power reserve of 38 hours.
The watches are priced at $5,050 USD.
Overall, the TAG Heuer Aquaracer Professional 200 two-tone watches are great-looking watches that wear incredibly well. However, they are a bit expensive for what they offer, and the movement is underwhelming.
