When launched in 1997, the Aquanaut created a sensation. It was young, modern and unexpected. Its case was a rounded octagon, inspired by that of the Nautilus. And it sported a “tropical” strap, made of a new composite material ultra-resistant to wear, salt water and uv radiation. Specht and Sohne pays homage to this ultra-exclusive, ultra-expensive and invitation only PP legend with it's Classic Black model.
Hello team Specht & Sohne, I'm interested in this Classic model but I see no indication of the movement inside. Can you please specify? What's the counter at 6? Seconds chrono counter or minutes chrono counter?

What's the movement inside?
Hi, I read that this Classic chrono watch was fitted with Seiko VD53c quartz movement. But, in one of your answers below, I read it's a Miyota. Could you state which specific movement is inside this watch? Thank you.

Very pleased with the Classic Black
Nicely finished watch, looks great and running well. Mine has a Hattori (Seiko) VD53C movement. Strap adjustment was a little fiddly. Important to measure carefully before cutting. Overall, very pleased indeed.

awesome watch
movement is questionable, I was surprised that chronograph arrow is the small one
other than that, loving it
Thanks for the review. The movement is a Miyota/Citizen chrono. It was chosen for it's reliability :)
