If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, the order cannot be cancelled. To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer service team via email, providing your order number and reason for cancellation. During holiday periods such as Christmas this cancellation period is reduced to 6 hours to allow for a faster processing window.

In accordance with our policy, a 10% cancellation fee will be applied to the order value for all cancelled orders. This fee covers the processing and administration costs associated with cancelling your order.

Once your cancellation request is received and approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. It may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

It is important to note that some items may not be eligible for cancellation due to their custom or personalized nature. In such cases, our customer service team will work with you to find the best possible solution.
