Good looking watch but very slow fulfillment

The gold-plated Aviator looks great. It scratched my itch for a Santos homage watch. Specht and Sohne has ridiculously slow fulfillment though, even if they’re a small company. It took 4 days to process the order and then it sat at their partner site for 6. It took a 45 min chat contact from me to get the order out the door. I give the watch itself 5 stars and S&S customer service 2 stars (they get one star for the responsive rep I chatted with).

Thanks for the 5 star review of the watch. We appreciate it! Typically deliveries take between 5-10 buisness days to reach the destination. In this case the order was placed on March 12th. It was processed on March 13th and delivered to the destination on March 24th.
